In the Kitchen: Foraging with the Food Forager
Experience a day in the life of our Food Forager, Chef Ryan Beaudoin, with a trip to local Westerly farms. Work with the Forager and farmers to select the best and freshest ingredients to bring back to Ocean House and be used by the culinary team that evening. At the end of your journey, enjoy a boxed lunch and a talk on the benefits of hyper local agricultural commerce.
This event is not weather dependent – please be aware that this excursion will take place come rain or shine. Appropriate footwear is important as we will be walking around working farms.
Space is limited. Open to guests 16 years of age and older. Cancellation fee of $75 per person for any cancellation within 72 hours of arrival.
