Ring in the New Year with a luxurious five-course dinner, thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Andrew Brooks to celebrate the region’s finest flavors. Enhance your experience with optional wine pairings, each chosen to complement the menu perfectly.
Before and after dinner, relax at the seaRoom, where you can enjoy pre- and post-dinner cocktails. Indulge in a signature drink or dessert while listening to the soothing sounds of a classical guitarist. New Year’s Eve “Ball Drop” viewing will also be available.
Join us for an unforgettable evening, with dinner seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Guests attending the first seating will also have access to complimentary shuttle service to the New Year’s Eve Ball at Ocean House, a glamorous Monte Carlo–themed event. Tickets to the celebration at Ocean House may be purchased HERE.
Reservations are required, with full payment due at the time of booking, along with applicable taxes and gratuities. Please note that all reservations are non-refundable. Dress code for the evening is cocktail attire. Jeans, athletic wear, and casual shoes are not permitted. Gentlemen are required to wear a collared shirt, with a jacket and tie preferred for a more refined look.
