Join our culinary professionals in the Center for Wine & Culinary Arts for a fun and informative class on making a variety of Mexican-inspired appetizers from scratch. You’ll learn to make delicious beef and chicken flautas, a vibrant green tomato avocado sauce, and a flavorful relish made with radish, jalapeño, and cilantro.
