Ocean House welcomes the amazing and talented chef, author, writer and influencer, Gaby Dalkin, joining us from California. Dalkin’s popular website, What’s Gaby Cooking, has become a prominent fixture for home cooks and highlights her passion for fresh fare. She has penned two cookbooks, What’s Gaby Cooking: Everyday California Food and Absolutely Avocados, with a third slated to debut in Spring 2020. To add to these incredible achievements, Dalkin also has an exclusive line of salsas, seasonings and olive oils with Williams-Sonoma.
Joining her will be our featured winery, Chene Bleu, owned by Nicole and Xavier Rolet. These well-balanced wines have cultivated a terroir due to striking balance between a southern Rhone climate and soil of northern Rhone.
Beginning at 7:00 pm, guests are welcomed to the Center for Wine & Culinary Arts for passed canapés and wine selected from the featured vineyard. Shortly following guests will be invited to be seated in COAST for dinner with Chef Dalkin and Chene Bleu wines. Each couple will be gifted a knife set from Wusthof and a signed copy of Chef Dalkin’s latest cookbook, What’s Gaby Cooking: Everyday California Food.
