Enjoy a wonderful winter evening at Ocean House with an exquisite multi-course wine dinner in COAST. Eddie Montalvo, COAST Chef de Cuisine, has crafted a spectacular menu, with each course expertly paired with wines from the Bordeaux region of France.
The night begins with a wine reception in the Center for Wine & Culinary Arts, and special guest Baptiste Puyo of Monsieur Touton Selections will present the hand-chosen selection of wines throughout the evening.
