Join Bob Potter (formerly at the National Gallery) as he presents a fascinating art program that will reveal in paintings and videos how the artists Édouard Manet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Toulouse Lautrec, and Vincent van Gogh would shock the critics and society as they revolutionized art forever. His career in the arts includes art and marketing director roles at Time Warner and National Geographic, corporate development officer for the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., the head of marketing and communications for the Mystic Seaport Museum, and as a docent at the Yale Center for British Art. He is a frequent speaker on art throughout southeastern Connecticut including recent programs at the Lyman Allyn Museum and the Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts.
