In the Kitchen: Curing & Braising
Join us in the Center for Wine and Culinary Arts for a perfect winter experience: we will be practicing the techniques needed to properly braise large cuts of meat, as well as tricks to maintain extra flavor and moisture. Methods include brining, curing, and sous vide, to create a perfect meal for the family.
