In the Kitchen Series: Pizza & Flatbreads
Join our culinary professionals in the Center for Wine & Culinary Arts for a fun and informative class on making delicious pizzas and flatbreads from scratch. You’ll learn to prepare the dough and a tomato and herbal sauce, and will make black truffle and fontina cheese short rib pizza, and a pizza with mozzarella, pickled artichokes, Grana Padano cheese and sherry spinach.
