This interactive class will teach you how to prepare a delightful menu of traditional preparations of dishes made with shellfish from our local waters. You’ll start by learning the art of shucking oysters and clams, then use the riches to make a comforting oyster stew and Ocean House’s take on a “Stuffie”, the classic Rhode Island dish of clams and breadcrumbs baked on the half shell.
