Fall in love with a culinary delight at the Ocean House! Join us for a special wine reception with wines from one of the most prestigious winemakers in the Montalcino area: Altesino Winery. Ms. Alessandra Angelini joins us from Altesino on behalf of her mother and winemaker: Elisabetta Gnudi Angelini.
The reception is then followed by a multi-course dinner in COAST featuring the finest ingredients from Stone Acres Farm in Stonington, Connecticut prepared by Chef Krista Garcia from Hotel Wailea in Maui, Hawaii. Chef Garcia is a seasoned chef and culinary instructor whose charisma and use of local farmers and fisherfolk shines through in her role as Culinary Experiences Chef at Hotel Wailea and will continue to shine through as she takes us on a culinary journey during our Farm and Vine Dinner.
Beginning at 7:00 pm, guests are welcomed to the Center for Wine & Culinary Arts for passed canapés and champagne. Shortly following, guests will be invited to be seated in COAST for an autumn dinner where our featured guests will talk a little bit about their products.
