Enjoy a perfect spring night at Ocean House, with a special wine reception featuring wines from Volpaia winery followed by a multi-course dinner in COAST. Join Korean-born, Top Chef Season 10 winner, author, TV host, and Executive Chef – Kristen Kish. Chef Kish comes to us from the Arlo Gray at the Line Hotel in Austin, TX. Volpaia, which translates to “fox’s lair”, is one of the highest-elevation wineries in the Chianti area. Joining us from this unique winery is Ms. Federica Mascheroni Stianti, the owner of Volpaia.

Beginning at 7:00 pm, guests are welcomed to the Center for Wine & Culinary Arts for passed canapés and champagne. Shortly following, guests will be invited to be seated in COAST for dinner with our featured farm and featured winery. A representative from each will share a few words about their products during the dinner.
