It’s almost summer but we still get that crispy spring-time produce we all love so much. Come enjoy a night at Ocean House with amazing dishes crafted from succulent ingredients from Atlantic Sea Farms in Portland, Maine and wines from Walt and Hall.
Join Victoria Blamey, a native of Santiago, Chile, who has worked at restaurants in Spain and Australia before coming to New York to take over the Gotham Bar and Grill from Alfred Portale who was a founder of New American cuisine. Ms. Megan Gunderson, Winemaker for both WALT and HALL brands, who has degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics shares with us her innovative wines.
Start with sipping some wine in our beautiful Center for Wine & Culinary Arts along with some passed canapés. After some nibbles and some bubbles, guests will be invited to be seated in COAST for dinner with representatives from the featured farm and featured winery. Learn a little about each location and their delectable products.
