About the Chef: Chatham Inn Executive Chef, Isaac Olivo, is a graduate of the famed Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. His remarkable career has encompassed some of the finest restaurants in the world, including Chef Tom Colicchio’s Craft, Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak, and the Michelin 3-Star Jean-Georges; the Forbes 5-star Peninsula Hotel in New York City, and the renowned Mayflower Inn Relais & Châteaux. Chef Isaac’s passion for utilizing only the finest seasonal, local ingredients shines through in his contemporary American cuisine and Chef’s Tasting Menus.
