About Andrew Weir: Andrew “Andy” Weir is a seasoned marketing executive with a long career in the luxury spirits industry. He is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer of Martingale Cognac. Weir’s prior experience includes leadership roles at Casa Lumbre, Pernod Ricard, and William Grant & Sons, where he oversaw the growth of brands like Aberlour and The Balvenie. Notably, he co-created, and executive produced the award-winning “Raw Craft” series with Anthony Bourdain. Beyond spirits, Weir has a background in public relations and even worked as a professional actor in Scotland. His extensive experience and accolades demonstrate his significant contributions to the spirits and entertainment industries.
About Dale DeGroff: Master Mixologist Dale DeGroff developed his extraordinary techniques and talent tending bar at the legendary Rainbow Room, where in the 1980’s, he pioneered a gourmet approach to recreating the classic cocktails. DeGroff has since been credited with reviving the profession of bartending and setting off a cocktail explosion that continues to transform the industry.
