Come meet artist Sergio Roffo, who is considered one the foremost American coastal landscape painters working today. He will share examples of his work and give a demonstration of his award winning painting technique. Roffo is a plein air painter of the first degree expressing the elegance of nature through masterful brushwork and ability to capture light and atmospheric effects portraying the New England coastal landscape capturing the details of land and sea from the textures of dune grass, to the gentle ripple of an ocean wave, to the quality of light of a Nantucket Harbor sunset.
