Join the Ocean House Sommelier and explore the intriguing world of these bubbly concoctions. Learn about their history and production, and enjoy tasting everything from Champagne and Prosecco to California sparkling.
Includes: Friday night reception, Saturday wine tasting with cheese selection.
Friday Reception: From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. meet the Sommelier at an intimate wine and cheese reception in the Center for Wine & Culinary Education.
Saturday Seminar: The class will start promptly at 11 a.m. and will cover the day's chosen topic.
