From Vine to Wine: Whiskeys of the World

A complex and strictly regulated spirit, whiskey is the drink of choice for many whether served neat, on the rocks or in a classic cocktail. Discuss and taste whiskeys from Ireland, Scotland, Canada and the United States.
Includes: Friday night reception, Saturday wine tasting with cheese selection.
Friday Reception: From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. meet the Sommelier at an intimate wine and cheese reception in the Center for Wine & Culinary Education.
Saturday Seminar: The class will start promptly at 11 a.m. and will cover the day's chosen topic.
