From Vine to Wine: Napa Valley vs. Sonoma Valley Wine

This seminar will focus on how theses wines compare and contrast. We will discuss geography, history, grape varieties and regions. We will taste through a selection of Napa and Sonoma wines.
Includes: Friday night reception, Saturday wine tasting with cheese selection.
Friday Reception: From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. meet the Sommelier at an intimate wine and cheese reception in the Center for Wine & Culinary Education.
Saturday Seminar: The class will start promptly at 11 a.m. and will cover the day's chosen topic.
