Farm + Vine Dinner with Chef Justin Melnick
Utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients from a local farm, notable chefs from across the country join forces with the Ocean House culinary team to craft exquisite four-course meals that are carefully paired with wines from distinguished wineries around the world.
Chef Justin Melnick of The Terrace at The Charlotte Inn prepares April’s Farm + Vine Dinner, highlighting ingredients from The Grey Barn & Farm in Chilmark, MA to create a memorable meal paired with Spire Collection wines.
Guests are welcomed to the Center for Wine & Culinary Arts at 7:00 for passed canapés and are seated in Seasons for dinner at 7:30 pm. A representative from the guest vineyard and the guest farm will be attending and will say a few words about their products that will be featured at the dinner.
There is a cancellation fee of $95 per person for any cancellation within 72 hours of arrival.
We kindly ask that Farm + Vine Dinners be enjoyed by guests ages 8 and older.
