Join the Director of Culinary Education and a representative from Eva Ruth's Bakery as you explore tasty alternatives to foods with gluten. Learn to bake mouthwatering breads, cakes, pastries desserts and more!
The class will begin with a basic kitchen tour and overview. Then, the food forager guides you through a short session on knife and equipment safety, followed by a talk on what gluten is and how it can affect your life.
