Join the Director of Culinary Education, Chef Paul McComiskey, and representatives from Grafton Village Cheese for an exclusive informational session and tasting.
In this class you'll learn about Grafton’s hand-made cheeses, all of which are made with raw, hormone-free milk sourced from small family farms. With guidance from experts in the cheesemaking field, you'll explore the nuances between cheeses aged from one to five years, along with foods and flavors to pair them with.
This one-time class is complimentary to guests of Ocean House, and is available to non-hotel guests for $25 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
