Farm + Vine Dinner with Chef Scott Jones

A New England native, Chef Scott Jones grew up with a passion for cooking and baking, but found himself following a very different path: getting his PhD from Harvard Medical School. Eventually Chef Jones went back to his roots and decided to giving the culinary arts another try without any formal training. Getting his start in Boston’s renowned No. 9 Park, he quickly moved up the ranks before earning the position of chef de cuisine at Menton.
Working alongside the Ocean House culinary team with ingredients from a local farm, this dinner will also feature wine pairings from Chapter 24 Vineyards, based in Oregon and named for the final chapter of Homer’s Odyssey.
