From Vine to Wine: Wines of the East Coast

Bring up wine, and the topic will likely conjure up visions of French countrysides or Sonoma Valley. However, the burgeoning success of East Coast wineries provides a number of opportunities to sample an eclectic array of vintages. The Ocean House Sommelier will walk you through a few of his favorites, and discuss their history and flavor profile at this informative class.
Includes: Friday night reception; Saturday wine tasting with cheese selection.
Friday Reception: From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. we will be hosting our guests and serving them a selection of wines (separate from the wines served on Saturday) in the Center for Wine & Culinary Arts. This will offer guests a chance to meet the Ocean House Sommelier.
Saturday Seminar: The class will start promptly at 11 a.m. and will cover the day's chosen topic. Enjoy learning about the components of each varietal during a wine tasting with the Ocean House Sommelier.
