Farm + Vine Dinner with Chef Matt Padilla of The Inn at Dos Brisas
Chef Matt Padilla travels from The Inn at Dos Brisas in Washington, Texas to host June’s Farm + Vine Dinner. Chef Padilla joins the Ocean House culinary team to create a spectacular four-course meal. The dinner, which will be accompanied by wine pairings from Chateau d’Esclans Winery, will feature ultra-fresh ingredients from Dos Brisas Farm. Guests will enjoy their first taste of the evening’s wine and cuisine during an introductory reception in the stunning Center for Wine & Culinary Arts. Guests are then escorted to the dining room where the featured chef, purveyor and a winery representative will say a few words about their craft and the selections ahead.
Cancellation fee of $95 per person for any cancellation within 72 hours of arrival.
