Ocean House welcomes Chef Tim Quinn to create hors d’oeuvres and a three-course dinner using ingredients from a local farm. Food is paired with wines from a featured vineyard selected by our Sommelier.
Chef Quinn began his career at The Harvest Restaurant in Harvard Square, MA. From there he moved on to Nantucket to run 21 Federal, and later went to Napa Valley and worked with Michael Chirello, Hiro Sone eventually running Kimball’s East in Emeryville, a world renown Jazz Supper Club. Moving back to the east Tim was the concept chef behind the very successful Not Your Average Joe’s, garnering “Concept of the Year” and “Hot Concept of Tomorrow” from Nation’s Restaurant News and Restaurant & Hospitality. Tim then returned to Connecticut to open Sherlock’s 221 in Old Lyme.
